I wanna go where God knows my name

So I can change forever and never be the same.

To shed this old tarnished skin

Replace it with a new one without sin.

When I see God face to face,

And personally receive His grace,

I imagine I will drop to my knees

And sob uncontrollably.

Unworthy of your love.

For I am below and You are above.

I don’t care where you are,

I will follow you near or far.

Because you know me by my name,

I know I will never be the same.
